Elizabeth Cady Stanton and Lucrecia Mott led the "Women't Rights Convention" to a "Declaration of Sentiments" in which this document would become the foundation of the Women's Suffrage Movement, and this convention is considered to be the historical beginning of the Women's Suffrage Movement. The movement and meeting would also include one Frederick Douglass.
